Backtracking is a personal project that emerged as a prism through which to explore our collective connection to music, as well as the culture and community surrounding it, Volume 1 an interview series that celebrates the breadth of knowledgeable, talented and passionate people who work behind the scenes to bring Manchester’s live music scene to life.
Self-produced from start to finish, six months of pitching, drafting and designing culminated in a 20-page newsprint comprising twelve uniquely insightful feature articles and a summary of my biggest takeaways, along with corresponding transcripts of each conversation.
